Angela Swanson, M.A., LMHC provides comprehensive outpatient counseling to address a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, workplace concerns and career transitions. Individual, couple, family and group approaches are available.
Focus of therapy is a collaborative effort and exchange, utilizing a family systems dynamics as well as a Lifespan Integration approach. Course of treatment will depend upon an individual's needs.
Angela has a Undergraduate Degree from the University of Washington and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. She is licensed in the State of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor, with specialty experience dealing with child development, m arriage and family, women's concerns, as well as issues of abuse (physical, emotional, spiritual and sexual).
She is a trained LifeSpan Integration Therapist (LI), a therapeutic technique which promotes rapid healing in adults who experienced abuse and/or neglect during childhood.
